Brad Flurry serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministry at Kingland Baptist Church in Katy, Texas.With a main focus on vision execution and leadership development, Brad has the privilege to lead all ministries in an effort to connect church and home by equipping parents to become the primary faith trainers in their home.
Before coming to Kingsland, Brad served for 18 years in the United States Marine Corps. As a Marine, Brad had the opportunity to command at both the Platoon and Company Level. He also participated in numerous Combat Deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, and other countries in the Central Command Area of Responsibility in support of both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.He is a distinguished graduate of Officer Candidate School, The Basic School, the Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfighting School (EWS) and Marine Command and Staff College. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree and two Master’s Degrees.
Brad is married to his high school sweetheart Liz. They have two boys, Hunter and Andrew.
