How do we view the challenges as opportunities instead of allowing them to become toxic in our culture. We can easily find ourselves complaining together and festering the negative with our team instead of pointing to the positive and the opportunities that are presented.

Passing negatives up and positives down is all about creating a culture that is consistently moving forward.
