Lord, thank you for every woman here today. Thank you for the blessing they are to you, to us and to your Kingdom.
Thank you, Lord, that you created each woman in your image, blessed them and desire that they walk in a deep and personal relationship with you.
Lord, we lift up to you every mother’s heart in this room today. The mother’s hearts who have been blessed to hold their child, the mother’s hearts who have yet to hold their child, the mother’s hearts that feel blessed and full, the mother’s hearts that feel incomplete and the mother’s hearts that are hurting.
Lord, thank you that you see our hearts. You see the hidden places of our hearts, the deep places of our hearts where we have disappointment, discouragement, sadness and fear. You see the places in our hearts that have not been blessed in our relationship with our own mothers, places in our heart where we long to be blessed, to bless and to leave a legacy of blessing.
Jesus, thank you that you are our healer. We ask you, Jesus, to heal hearts today. We ask that you heal and restore the brokenness of every mother’s heart today. We recognize that we may have deeper wounds that need more of your care and healing.
We ask that you lead our hearts towards you and the healing that you have planned for every mother’s heart to receive.
Jesus, where mother’s hearts are burdened for their children, overwhelmed for their children and grieving for their children we ask that you comfort them. Thank you that they are not alone. Thank you that you love their children with a perfect, eternal, powerful love and you are with their children.
Help every mother’s heart to trust you in a deeper way as they look to you to love and care for their children. Where hopelessness has taken root, we ask that you remove it and replace it with your hope. Where fear has taken root, we ask that you remove it and replace it with your peace. Where despair has settled in we ask that you remove it and give us your joy.
Lord, we ask you to bless every mother’s heart today. Reveal your love and grace to every mother’s heart today. Remind every woman here today that they are your daughters, highly favored, loved, chosen, sought after, redeemed, delighted in and deeply treasured.
Remind every woman here today that they are significant to the Kingdom of God because they belong to you, daughters of the King.
Where there is confusion, doubt, deception, discouragement and loneliness we ask that you invade every woman’s heart with the power of the Gospel. Jesus, heal, bless and reveal your heart to every mother’s heart today. Help every woman here to receive your love, grace and truth that set’s them free to live as dearly loved daughters.
As your pastor, I would like to speak these truths over every mother’s heart today:
You are blessed and surrounded by God’s favor (Psalm 5:12).
You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).
The Lord delights in you and He quiets you with His love and rejoices over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).
You are God’s treasured possession (Deuteronomy 7:6).
You have been called out of darkness and into God’s wonderful light to praise Him (1 Peter 2:9).
God has lavished His great love on you and you are His daughter (1John 3:1).
