Bobby Cooley is joined by Kingsland Preschool Ministry Staff members, Laura Hearn, Caitlyn Johnson and Elyse Squibb. They share valuable insight into leading a preschool ministry that inspires parents to be the primary faith trainers in their homes. This conversation addresses some challenges ministry leaders often face when leading a preschool ministry and it also defines some “wins and losses” in order to measure the health of the ministry.
