Anchored in God’s Hope
“Is anyone among you suffering? He should pray. Is anyone cheerful? He should sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? He should call for the elders of the church, and they should pray over him after anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.” James 5:13-14
Karen and Leighton Ogg share about God’s goodness and faithfulness in their journey. Karen is a registered dietician and is passionate about teaching others about healthy eating. Leighton is a minister and a family counselor for 40 years now. They come from a place we can all relate to, both experiencing and surviving cancer, and Leighton lives with a chronic illness. They are both grateful to God for His divine hand on their lives that has allowed them to be survivors and share in His goodness. We are blessed to have them share their story.
OneHope is a care community for individuals and families facing cancer and chronic illness. OneHope walks alongside families touched by illness before, during, and after treatment. We offer prayer, friendship, hope and encouragement. OneHope is faith based & prayer led by peers and caregivers who have experience with this type of journey.
